Sunday Dusting

winter

27 Mar

We got a little dusting of snow here last night.

I know.
But you know what? It’s not as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, it’s actually kinda cozy. We’ve had a nice, warm March, I can deal with a little bit of winter. One last bit.
My roommate has been predicting snow for a while now because apparently it has snowed in March here every year that we’ve been here. Well, now the four years are complete. We have officially had a March snow every year.
I’ve slept until 11:00 the last 3 days. With the exception of last night, I haven’t even been going to bed THAT late. I think I was just sleepy. Also, it was cold in my room this morning. I didn’t want to get out of bed.
I’m still in my PJ’s, sipping on coffee, enjoying this gray day. I have a doggy perched under my bed. She’s snoring.
I’m ready for spring, but I actually like this last taste of winter.
