My mom made these spritz cookies using the Betty Crocker recipe (with ALMOND!) and they are divine. They are the first thing I want to eat when I wake up and the last thing I want to eat before I go to sleep. I like them so much that my mom has had to hide them so that there will be some left to eat when my family comes over on Christmas Eve. Don’t worry, it’s for the best.
My mom has the Pampered Chef cookie press, which apparently is really cool, but I have to admit that I had no part in in the making of these cookies. Just the eating. I think that then they are dipped in white frosting and topped with sparkly clear sprinkles. Perfection.
Hope you are enjoying the holidays!
(I was tempted to throw a Feliz Navidad in there because I said two other things in Spanish… don’t mind me.)
Also, I have to throw in a shout out to Picnik in the making of this post. My parents don’t have a photo editing software, so I searched free photo editing and I was done in minutes! Sooo easy!
These look delicious! (I love everything dipped in frosting and sprinkled with sugar). I know how hard it is too keep away all deliciousness before Christmas!
These look amazing!! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Kate!!
