Christmas Tree

holidays· photography

22 Dec

I think these might be my favorite photos that I have taken with my camera.  This is the Christmas tree of my childhood.  I mean, obviously not the tree, but every year, this is what it  always looked like.  Nothing makes me feel more warm and fuzzy.

When I was little I liked to sneak downstairs after everyone was asleep and just bask in the glow of the tree.  These pictures capture what that looked like. What’s more magical than that?

Thanks! I have to give all the credit to my mom, though, since it’s her tree! I love the mittens too, I think they were my brother’s when he was little.

This tree  absolutely adorable! Oh I wish I could go back to the Christmas tree of the old days :) Maybe when I’m “grown up” with my own house one day I will!

The vintage Christmas look is my favorite! Hopefully I’ll be able to work that into my Christmas decor when I have my own house :)
