Over Time

I plan on posting more about my sketchbook and it’s story soon, but for now, let’s just say that this page is the result of a layering process over time.  The drawing of the wall comes off of a sketch that I did very early in 2009, for my third year architecture studio.  How many dates can you find on the page?

Thanks Halina!  Drawing in ink like that is definitely outside of my comfort zone.

I do too, it’s so much easier for me to work that way instead of feeling like I have to produce something good all at once.  And I think you’re right!

What a great image – I love how you combined drawings and words in your sketchbook, there is so much to discover and you are very creative. I can’t wait to see the next page!
