simple surber

I had so much fun putting together this clean blog design for Lacy!  Her main source of inspiration were some business cards she purchased featuring a simple blue watercolor chevron.  I designed a watercolor chevron  and selected some coordinating colors to use as accents.

After that, it was just a matter of turning the inspiration into a blog design!  I decided that to keep the chevron simple and clean I would have it span the top of the blog instead of acting like a background over the whole page.

I LOVE how it turned out!  Thanks you, Lacy, for being so lovely to work with!  Make sure you check out simple surber for yourself!
