It was unseasonably warm on my mom’s birthday this year, so we decided to take advantage of the weather by spending some time outdoors.  We had a lot of fun just walking on the paths around the park, even though not much was in bloom.  There were very few people there, so our visit was nice and peaceful, except for the wind.  It was fun to imagine what everything looked like once it was in bloom.  This was my first trip and I’m looking forward to visiting again later in the season.

I was thinking about you a lot while I was there!  It looks a lot different this time of year than it did in your wedding pictures… not as green as you can see, haha.
