Friday Links

Starred this Week

18 May

What are you guys up to this weekend?  We have a lot of family commitments lined up through Saturday.  It will be nice to see everyone but I’m looking forward to some down time on Sunday, too.  I just discovered this book last night and I’m excited to start it.  I wanted something light and comforting, and I think I’ve read all the others.  Anyone read it?

I’ve never heard of these flowers, but they looks amazing.

The title says it all.  You see a lot of babies in a lot of places in blog world, but I think surrounded by white sheets is the best.

I’m now curious about tuna steaks.  I’ve never had them!

Dream big, darling.

I have Sisterhood Everlasting on my iPad, ready to read. Will you be my taste-tester? I'd love to know what you think about it before I make the plunge. If you like Ann Brashare's style, I loved her book 'My Name is Memory'!

I had no idea there was a 10-years-later version of the Sisterhood! Thanks for letting me know. :) Also, those baby pictures were too freaking cute. You're right; it's all about the white sheets. Putting that in my memory bank for when I have kids … waaaay in the future haha.

    Happy weekend! :)

I have it on my Reader, too, but haven't started it yet – I'd love to hear how it is!

Tuna steaks are great – just always be careful to only give them the lightest cooking, or they dry out really fast. Just season with some coarse black pepper and olive oil – spectacular!
