Ashlee is a graphic designer that I have been working with since May (she had a baby during that time! This lady is brave.)  She came to me with a beautiful logo designed by Melissa Esplin and a great collection of ideas regarding her branding.  We went through a couple different iterations before we found one that really fit, but the entire time Ashlee has been nothing but wonderful.  She’s super nice AND incredibly talented.  Make sure you check out her site for yourself, there are lots of little details to be discovered!

    Love the site!! Looks fantastic!!

I’m also really digging your social sharing icons at the bottom of your post! Plugin or did you customize that with some wicked awesome PHP skills? :)

Thanks!! I just added some extra CSS to Lynne’s plugin- she uploaded it in Code Share, it’s called vs-social-media under Files :) I use it all the time!

I really love this design! I love all the little details, like the social media hovers, the floral border, and the scalloped footer!

so pretty Kate! I love the pin-it hover effect. Is this something you can only do on wordpress or is this blogger friendly too?

Thanks! It’s done with a plugin, so I think you can only do it on WP, unfortunately.
