Channeling Hermione

channeling

9 Oct

I don’t know about you, but to me, nothing says fall quite like Harry Potter.  Scarves, pumpkins, Halloween- even Gryffindor burgundy and gold seems to be an ode to fall.  And who better to usher us into the season than Hermione Granger?

Hermione is a no-nonsense kind of girl- she’s confident and comfortable in her own skin.  She likes to follow tradition, but she’s not afraid to break the rules either.  Timeless patterns and neutral colors suit her best.

I was hoping we’d see a Harry Potter board sooner rather than later! :) One of my all-time favorite series, and it’s quite fitting since Gryffindor red is pretty close to this season’s color, burgundy.

This is my favorite. I want to be Hermione when I grow up.

(And, perfect timing as I declared this to be Harry Potter week in the office yesterday!)

I love anything burgundy, this moodboard is perfect! I need another pair of boots like I need another hole in my head, but those burgundy suede ones are killer!

I’ve actually never read the Harry Potter books, but I love the movies! This board is so cute. I like the mood boards you make – I’ve been curious to try one myself! xoxo, e

You’re right, there’s just something about Harry Potter that screams fall! This is probably my favorite channeling yet! Love it!
