Starred this Week

9 Nov

I’m trying something new on Starred this Week, friends.  Instead of posting just one random, out of context photo, I’m gonna do a little Instgram collage (with captions) to recap my week (I know… I’m so original.)  I’m going to try to include some pictures that don’t get posted on Instagram so that I’m not boring my Instagram followers to death.  Are we cool?  Feel free to share any thoughts in the comments.

What are your plans for this weekend, amigos?  I think tonight we’re going to see Skyfall, but other than that we’re pretty open.  Here’s to a relaxing AND productive weekend!

Thank you for sharing my post on Meg’s blog! That post on charging what you’re worth is a great read — I can definitely relate to wanting to help everyone that comes my way, but it’s just not humanly possible, and it’s not fair to those who are willing to invest in my work.

I totally agree! It’s something that’s hard to come to terms with, but I think everyone is better off in the long run if you face it head on and really think about what your prices should be.

They were SO spicy! I’d heard about spicy margaritas, but I think the ratio was wayyy too intense. Plus, I don’t know about you, but I feel that it’s pretty hard to improve upon a basic margarita- they’re my fave!

Jalapeno margaritas?! Sounds like you would need a regular margarita afterwards to wash down the spiciness!

I’m not a dog person, but Franklin is just too cute!

Saturday was my first blog brunch–loved it! Also, great links. My husband love jalopeno’s and I’m sure would try to make that if I show him the picture! Was it good?
