Happy Thanksgiving! I couldn’t let the holiday pass without reflecting on the things that I’m thankful for, so I decided to share a few of those things with you guys on the blog today.
Brian. I feel incredibly lucky to get to spend every day with my best friend. I couldn’t have picked anyone more perfect for me. There isn’t much else to it.
Family. This one is twofold. One the one hand, I’m happy for my extended family, including the more recently acquired side. It’s pretty diverse and I’m grateful to have so many different people who love me unconditionally and help me to grow.
On the other hand, I can’t express how thankful I am to have a close family who has turned out to be my favorite people to hang out with. No one in this world gets me quite like they do.
Friends. I can’t help but feel warm and fuzzy when I think about the friends that I’ve collected from all different times of my life- from elementary school friends to law school friends, to college friends and to online friends that I haven’t even met yet! These people hold a special place in my heart.
Clients. I feel so lucky to be able to do what I do, and that wouldn’t be possible without my clients. Thank you to those who have put their faith in my creativity and allow me take their vision and run with it. It’s a pleasure.
I’m also thankful for my health and always having a roof over my head. And I think food deserves it’s own mention. Also my iPhone, coffee, pretty paper, Christmas music, and sunsets. And last but not least, I’m thankful for all of you for reading my blog. It’s an honor.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, friends! What are you thankful for this year?
And yeah, this quote is from The Muppet Christmas Carol– it’s one of my faves. And it’s Thanksgiving… so it’s officially okay now.
Happy Thankgiving!! :)
Thanks Ivy! Hope yours was wonderful :)
Happy Thanksgiving, Kate! :)

Thanks Kristin! Did you celebrate yesterday? I know that Canadian Thanksgiving was last month, right?
It was in October! I actually celebrated in early September since I was visiting my family then. So Thanksgiving seems like eons ago to me! haha.
canadian thanksgiving was last month… but my thankful list today would include: a growing baby, yummy food, friends, and yoga :)
That’s a wonderful list, Gaby! I hope you had a great day whether you were celebrating or not :)
I hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving.
Thanks Mark, we did! Hope you did as well :)
