I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday! Here are some photos from this week- I was too lazy to figure out how to put captions on the pics in my fonts of choice on my parents’ computer, so you can check out the captions on my Instagram if you’re curious. (The dog/bat/alien is Bailey, our family Bichon- his haircut is cray cray right now. So much that it warrants the use of the phrase cray cray. And the picture at the bottom is just my family chilling at Thanksgiving around the Redskins game.)
Anyone doing some Black Friday shopping today? We’re going to Brian’s parents’ for a second Thanksgiving today, so we’ll be skipping the sales. Plus, I’m kind of a baby about those crowds. No thanks.
I know it’s been a busy week, but I’d LOVE it if you shared your favorite post from the week in the comments!
I’m all over this Design Journey series.
Also, this Documenting Today series is very promising.
I really love this blog design.
What would be on your ideal bookshelf?
Loved this interview with Molly Jacques.
Looks like a great Thanksgiving! I just posted pictures of ours this morning :) http://www.casestudyblog.net/2012/11/our-thanksgiving.html xoxo! eliza
Happy thanksgiving!! That couch with all the pillows and throws looks SO comfy! And the big windows are beautiful too. Although I’m Canadian, we celebrated American thanksgiving with friends who have dual citizenship and coincidentally D’s work Christmas party is tonight. This means we get double turkey, too! Cue the happiness (and the sleepiness) …
It is- I was totally jealous of my brother’s nap! Sounds like you had a fun couple of days :)
I love the Christmas lights up around the windows. Such a cute idea!
I ventured out last night for my first Black Friday shopping experience! I thought it’d be scary, but it was awesome! Maybe because Target threatened to throw anyone out who ran or pushed, haha.
Aren’t they? That was at my aunt’s house- loved it! That’s so cool- we were at Target for a few minutes last night, but then we left. I’d like to try it some year, though!
Thanks for the link! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving :)
I love the Design Journey series! Makes me think about my journey so far! This post is a must read for me every week :)
