If you’re in my corner of the world, you’ve to a lot of snow outside your window. So today I wanted to make something to remind myself that spring will actually come. Someday.
These words have been resonating with me a lot recently (it’s a play off of this Eleanor Roosevelt quote.) In my mind, dreams are different than goals. They can be half formed, they can change abruptly, and you don’t even always have to intend for them to be realized. But I think if you get to a place where you can recognize the beauty of those incomplete inklings, that’s where creativity comes from. And that’s what of us are looking for, right?
Here’s to a happy, productive, and creative week!
PS. I think I’ve gotten my money’s worth out of those tulips…
love this quote! and yes to tulips! I got some last week as well and took oodles of photos. though none so cleverly integrated as yours! xo
Oh I needed to see this so badly today. Thank you!!
Well put, Kate! I love how you define dreams, that’s how I think of them too. I think admitting our dreams is so important and even if we don’t intend for them to come true some day, there is wisdom in them, glimpses of what we truly want. And that’s worth paying attention to!
I love this quote. It was snowing here this morning and I’m not too happy about it. I want sunshine and warmth!
love love love the quote! Beautiful type as well! Please teach me :P
