Starred this Week

It’s been a really fun, really exhausting week.  Last weekend we went home for my little brother’s graduation, did the whole grad party thing, I ate at some delicious places, got together with friends (including this lovely lady!) and then… drove a car packed to the brim home to my parents’ yesterday.  On the way home I met one of my college roommates for lunch, and then came home, unpacked and tried to get a little bit of work done.  To top it all off, the summer program that I’ve taught at the last couple of years starts today.

{I think for the first time ever, not one of these photos is on my Instagram. That’s how busy it was.}

This weekend Brian is coming up again and we’ll have another car load to find space for (our moving schedule is probably a whole post in and of itself) and Father’s Day and another round of grad parties.  Even though it’s been a lot over the last couple of weeks, I’m really enjoying it.  I just keep figuring (and hoping?) that I’ll have some more time to rest in July.  What are you up to this weekend, friends?

I can totally relate to this, down to the jaw pain.

I saw this article on Facebook, and it was a great read.  It made me feel so lucky to have a mom that always promoted a healthy body image.  So thanks Mom!

I signed up for Making Things Happen in October!  I’m so excited- anyone else going?

in case you missed it

Cristina was nice enough to feature me on her new Designer Profile series!

Don’t forget to look at the big picture.
