It seems like every month I start off this post by talking about how crazy it is that it’s already ______. So let’s skip that this time. The thing I’m surprised about most this November is that I am so ready for the holidays. I think it’s because it’s the first time that I’m not in a school environment since I went to college. It never really feels like the holidays until you’re home and exams are over. But this year I’m home and I’m ready!
It’s only Novemeber 4th and I already feel behind that I haven’t figured out Christmas cards yet. That’s getting done this month! I also want to make a serious dent in our Christmas shopping. Can you imagine how good it would feel to be done by December? It would nuts!

I’d love to have all of my Christmas shopping done by December and that’s a goal of ours. We’ve found/scouted a few gifts so hopefully we can get through it all. Lovely wallpaper choices! Joanna’s wallpaper is gorgeous.
No wonder that pup is so popular on Instagram! An absolute cutie!
Eeeee I love the fall background! Downloading it now :) And I’ve been meaning to tell you how great the post on personal style is. Spot on my dear! I actually have a secret board on Pinterest called “My Charming Life” and I probably pin things there more than I do anywhere else…
I, personally, can’t believe it’s already November, but I’m glad for it. I can’t wait for Thanksgiving. ALL OF THAT FOOD. My Nana makes the best dressing. Anyway, I’m just glad it’s turned back into cozy sweater weather. My favorite time of year. :)
First off, I’d like to say that Elizabeth referred me to your blog and I am so happy. I’m obsessed! I hope my blog could one day be as wonderful as yours. Please get her into blogging, I need a buddy in this! — My main comment is that I completely agree with you on being so ready for the holidays. This is also my first holiday season since graduating and am fully (‘fully’ in my mind) able to put my all into the holidays. I’m also hoping to be done with Christmas shopping by the start of December. My aim is Black Friday! – I can’t wait to read more of your posts. :)
Aww, yay! So nice to “meet” you, I always love finding other bloggers in Northern Virginia! Have a great weekend!
