Into December

monthly recap

Did you think I forgot? Well, I didn’t. This time of year is proving to be unsurprisingly busy, and yet… quiet all at once. I’m trying to live in the moment these days, and I find myself reading a lot about minimalism. I’m not sure what that means exactly, but that’s what’s up over here.

Thanks for your desktop wallpaper. It’s filling my office with calm already!

    And that moodboard? DREAMY.

I’ve been reading a lot about minimalism lately too. Have you ever read Trina Cress’ blog [www(dot)beginnerbeans(dot)com]? She’s awesome.

    Fun little round up Kate!

Minimalism is great to think about, especially around these times of excess. I’d love to hear about your favorite minimalism posts or blogs.

Sorry for taking so long to respond, Jenn! I came across this post via a few different sources, and fell down the rabbit hole clicking on the different blogs linked there. I’ve since subscribed to a few of them in my Feedly, and it’s been really nice! I’d love to hear your favorites if you have any!

Oh goodness, rabbit hole indeed. Thanks for sharing that post. I moved twice in December and felt the effects of the packing party idea. As I uncovered more of the stuff that was packed first, meaning I wouldn’t need it for at least a month, I was wondering whether I’d need it at all. Gah, I love purging. Here are some links for you.
