Cajun Chicken Pasta

recipes

19 Apr

I found this recipe on Pinterest, but I’m always excited to try new recipes from Skinnytaste.  When Brian and I first started eating it we both thought it was good but like it was missing something.  About halfway through Brian got up and brought back the parmesan cheese.  Perfect!  I just can’t eat a meal with a cream sauce and pasta that doesn’t involve cheese in some way.  I also added the green onions on top, but I forgot to do it before pictures.

Long story short, I thought this was really good, and worth it every once in a while to spice things up, even if you have to clean the blender afterwards.  Click here to go to the recipe.
