The Small Things Blog

I’m always excited to share my work with you guys, but I am so, so excited to announce that The Small Things Blog has relaunched! It was an arduous process (those nameservers don’t always propagate quickly, my friends) and I’m so excited to finally say that it’s UP! Side note: it it’s not up for you, try clearing your cache, but it might just still some more time.

Kate was looking to make the big move from Blogger to WordPress, and wanted a more streamlined look that highlighted and organized her great content in a better, more user-friendly way. We kept her logo (which she designed herself in collaboration with Marabou Design, who drew the bobby pin. Girl has many talents!) and overall color scheme, but I’m excited about the refreshed look we came up with!

I can’t say enough nice things about Kate. Even though this process was more stressful than normal, she kept her cool the whole time. And her tutorials are my favorite. No joke, while I was importing her comments on Saturday I had to navigate away to find one of her makeup tutorials that I use all the time. I mean, how else am I supposed to know what to do with my Naked 2 palette? She knows what she’s doing.
